Another stellar job at incompetence. they managed to hire a security staff that doesn't speak English and fails to respond to an emergency situation after 5 calls...... what an amazing way to lose confidence in a company. we have individuals jumping the gates and roaming the neighborhood at 12:30 am with out even a response. i recommend for all homeowners to withhold paying association dues until the problem is rectified or management company removed. this will probably fall on deaf ears considering the history of 1 star reviews this company has managed to put together in its illustrious career.

I wrote a review of United Community a few years back and it wasn't flattering. I stick by it, but I did want to point out that there is one shining star there. This is a woman who I'm not related to, and I do not know. This is not about writing a good review for friend. I've never met this lady in my life. What I wanted to say is she really is great what she does. She's in management in the client service department and when our designated rep did not do her job Lisa Pastor stepped up to the plate and did absolutely everything she could to help me out. And, help me out she did. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing her work ethic is, and more importantly how much she cares about the people that her company serves. United Community will never change and will always be sub standard, at least in our area here until they find a way to clone this woman or put her in a position where she is the absolute only teacher who teaches new employees their job. It is because of the ineptitude of the service staff that I had to ask for a manager, and was lucky enough to get hooked up with Lisa who went light years over and above what anybody else anywhere would have done. Thanks so much to Lisa for helping me get it done.....

Is it a typical practice that a power of attorney is completely ignored and I can’t get a response with it even though I was told to get it from your company and have now hired an attorney to deal get my questions answered.
