It at least has no bugs. Big plus. The staff is nice but overworked and visibly overwhelmed. The campus is pretty enough, but only ONE Laundry for 2 buildings. Also this extended stay is right next to a drug rehab, so aside from the other dog parents, the other clientele may or may not try to hit you up for money. (Most likely will)

Awful. Non smoke room smell like smoke room. Saying this hotel is dirty is being nice. Stain on the floor and wall. Bugs galore, killed an average of 4 bugs a night. When you walk on the floor do not dare go barefoot. Floor is sticky and dirty. Hair on the bathroom wall. And I know it is not mime b/c I am bold. If something falls on the floor and goes under the bed, just leave it. You dont want to even go there. They should change the hotel's name to "Stay" Away America. Shocked in who ranked this place so high. If you have to stay here, do not stay in building 3.

Positive: Location was probably the best part. Otherwise, it's a horrible hotel. Negative: No one to check you in for an easy 20 min. Room stunk of smoke so they moved us. Key card kept deactivating. Bathtub is gross. Roaches in my daughters room. I could go on. Don't stay here!

Dirty floors, hair on the shower curtain and roaches! I won't be back - my first experience here last month was great. I come to this area once a month/every other month and liked the Extended stay because of the large rooms and kitchen area. Unfortunately, my 2nd experience here was AWFUL and next time I'm booking elsewhere.
