I generally like the proprietors of this place, they're nice people just trying to make a living. Have you ever heard of a chop-shop for automobiles and tractor/farm equipment? If you grew up in Oxford PA or watched the movie "At Close Range" with Chrisopher Walken and Sean Penn you'll know what I am talking about. Imagine if chop-shops had a store-front, then you can imagine what this place looks like for electronics. Another appropriate analogy, someone made their hoarding turn a profit. If you've watched "Hoarding: Buried Alive", you'll recognize the treacherous stacks of electronics all throughout the store. Now what do we know about hoarders? They have a hard time parting from their stuff, even trash sometimes. Imagine if the hoarder was putting prices on things, then you'll know what kind of prices you'll encounter here, ridiculous! Many of the items can be found through eBay or Amazon for cheaper prices with shipping included. That said, you'll also find some rare items here you can't find anywhere else. In addition, you can haggle over prices, all transactions are a negotiation or you're paying premium costs for an as-is computer part manufacturered in the late 1990s. Please don't expect mechanical systems to fare well after sitting a decade since last operating. One of the issues I have is some days I am not in the mood to haggle over prices, I walk away with nothing generally. All-in-all, I have a generally positive view of the store and owners, but buyer beware these items are as-is and can stop working an hour after leaving the store; furthermore, Susie is tough and hardened, and she's used to people walking out with nothing. That explains why she has a warehouse too. Her business will make every MBA scratch their head, especially since excess stock taking up space for 10 years is wasting money.

The best way to describe this store is "Controlled Chaos". It's a little unorganized but I think that just adds to the experience of "finding" what ever part it is that you need. There's an extremely wide range of electronics from true Vintage and Antique to brand new. I was recommended this place because I was in search of a new keyboard, I looked around for a bit and found a sealed brand new mechanical keyboard with RGB that retails for $100 and Suzy only charged me $35! You can't beat that. I'll definitely be back again to continue exploring this store as should you.

Do not ever go to this place, they mess lead all customers. I was there today a young man walked in wanted to sell his laptop, he doesn’t know what the market value of his laptop. His laptop worth about $2200, the lady at the front desk started putting his device down and told the guy this device needs $1000 of fixing cost that’s why the the laptop didn’t work and she would pay $300 only. But his device only needed a charger. Those ppl mess leading there customers to steal there devices for cheap !!!! No transparency and work ethics. Highly unrecommended

Yes, used console games. Used PC games. Great if you're looking for a bit of nostalgia, but not great for current gen.
Yes i was there today they got a coupleHi Alex how are you, felliw ham
Yes when you want good prices for used and to sell your used electronic's
Yes I can itbus likely Thursday LCD Backlight that has gone bad. Turn a bright light and look closely at your screen to see if you can see any characters letters logging screen or anything at all. If you see anything on your screen it is more than likely the backlight has gone bad.
They have all types of pc hardware . L&Y will also give u fair price if u have something to sell.
Unless it's something simple, they probably do not. You need to call and ask about specifics in order to know, or just bring it over and ask. They definitely can fix or upgrade anything PC oriented. Lots of other console and audio equipment there, so it is whether they have someone available that knows the system.
The owners can tell u the price once you take them to the store...they have to evaluate both laptops and the quality.
It depends on the model, but you can stop in or call and ask - and they will give you an estimate. They also have techs on staff that can do the work for you.
They probably have a few, but you might have to look through a bunch of bins with bunches of cables thrown into it - for one like that. Also, microUSB to USB-A/Females can be difficult, since some manufacturers did pin out changes from system to system.
They don't have a website I think they have a ebay store but is not public
