I wish I had read these reviews before I went. I had a TERRIBLE experience. The employee screamed at me, "I HATE THIS JOB!" I could tell she did. She threw my package towards the back of her counter. I was really surprised at her attitude during my transaction with her. I will not go back over there again.

USPS uses informed delivery to violate your privacy. Don't believe me? Whenever you receive a water bill, it gives you the option to "set a reminder". It also posts additional information about creditor letters. They are using AI to isolate and categorize your mail. Effectively violating your privacy. Makes it easy for the government to know your business just by spying on your mail. All in the name of "convenience". You hand them power, they say thank you. Then use it against you.

Hours of Operation on Saturdays are 9:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday’s they’re closed.
No one answers when i call either. I am actually dialing now as we speak and it is just ringing and ringing. It rings for 4:30 and then just hangs up. I did this 4x yesterday as well wanting to come yesterday to send off my packages but no one answered to help me before closing time. It is an inconvenience because not only is the return items i have to do time sensitive to get a refund of money, but i do need to know the information BEFORE i walk all the way there and possibly be directed back home regarding printing out return slips from your phone. Do you help us with that or do i need to do it before i show up and walk to the facility carrying all this stuff for no reason only to be turned away. Someone has to hear the phone ringing!! Come on Brentwood...you have to do better than this!!
Go to the post office with your valid driver's license or non-driver's ID. Go to the blue door and ring the bell. Someone will answer and help you.
It depends on the station you go to. Call them first before you go.
Yes, no appointment needed.
Whats ur zip code? Go to your neighborhood P.O., file complaint, and have them track your package from the station. If its Brentwood location definitely file complaint. Check with other neighbors and ensure they did not in fact rcv mail either. Take tracking #/info with u.
Cash or Debit Card or Cashiers Check or Money Order
At some offices
Yes, you can if the money order is from the post office. A good time to go and cash the money is.between midday and afternoon.

No it will got here then go to you post office near you
9am to 5pm
You have to go to Brentwood and bang on the back door. They will never answer the phone...
It all depends on the size of the box that you want and location of that box
I'm not aware of your mailbox
Get the name, and phone number for the supervisor to the Zip Code the package was mailed to. Call that supervisor for assistance. Also, you can go visit that supervisor at Brentwood P.O.
They do take pictures. Some stations require appointments, it just depends on what station you go to. Call to find out.
No
No. One parent is needed. You need to bring a completed DS-11 form, original birth certificate or old passport of the 16 year old, and I.D. of the 16 year old. If no I.D., then parent will have to show I.D. and sign with the 16 year old.
Yes I was told that my package was at the post office and the ticket was in my mailbox. No ticket was left in my box and I seen the two mail carriers taking stuff out of a personal truck and putting it into the postal truck.
No

If you have a change of address in the system I believe so, if not they send it back if there's no forwarding information.

If its Zone 2 (SMH) those routes r long which does not matter but your mail may even be sitting in the post office some whr. Please pickup passport app at local P.O. (while your out and about) it should entail all details.
Stop it! You need to go down to your local P.O. but first contact post master file a formal complaint as well as take a trip to your post office Brentwood rd. and find out who your letter carrier is and why/whr is your mail for your address!!!!!
Contact your nearest PO immediately! Write a formal complaint.
Yeah, I don't see why not. Go for it!
Pleas contact your local postal office based on your zip code of origin; notify the immediate supervisor, manager and they should find out from the carrier that held your route for that particular day. You should also track your package online with tracking info!
