Enjoyed working with their designer to choose my kitchen backsplash. The staff is so friendly and considerate! The quality of work was worth the wait. I can see why they are so busy. Installation was impressive. Quick and efficient....AND they cleaned up after the project. Happy customer!

We are in the process of doing a huge remodel - entry way, mudroom, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen - the process of choosing finish materials can be overwhelming at times but Maylene has been absolutely amazing, patient and has had so many great ideas. We are so grateful to her and the team at Bautista Tile for being able to get us samples and let us take them home for the weekend. Maylene has gone above and beyond - meeting with us multiple times to make sure we get it all just right. We would highly recommend Baptista Tile for outstanding customer service and a HUGE selection of tile to choose from.

We decided our kitchen needed an update. We started at the usual home improvement and discount stores for countertops and backsplash. No one could offer the entire job. It would be up to us to find someone to do the demo, someone to fabricate, someone else to remove and replace the new back splash. All while trying to coordinate the separate vendors. We were told we would have about 2weeks down time with no kitchen between demo and installation. We almost gave up. We went to Baptista Tile and Stone. Tamra was so helpful! She assured us they would handle the entire job. Demo through install. Demo was on a Wednesday. Install was complete by end of day on Friday. Every vendor was courteous, they cleaned as they worked. I don’t have all the names but: Omar, Brian, Kevin, Travis, Charles, and Jake were all so professional. The top was Mr Baptista himself. We had planned to keep our sink and reuse. The sink was damaged during the demo but Tamra found the exact sink. Mr Baptista delivered the sink himself! We would’ve had to order it ourselves and waited, putting our job on hold. Great job and even better customer service. Yes! We recommend Baptista Tile and Stone.

So delighted w the tile and stone provided and installed by Baptista - it is artwork that we will enjoy for years. Work included granite counter tops in the kitchen and powder room, the living room fireplace surround and hearth, the wood stove surround and hearth, the powder room floor, a stone mural behind the cook top, and the kitchen back splash/field stone. Installation went well and the quality of the work is outstanding. Every Baptista associate/employee involved on our job performed so ably and worked very hard to ensure our total satisfaction – it is obvious they are dedicated professionals w years of experience who really know what they are doing. A particular aspect of the installation worth mentioning is Baptista’s responsiveness to correct a plumber error. The plumber ordered the wrong kitchen sink (too small) and that mistake was not revealed until after counter top installation. Baptista immediately made room in their schedule and removed the first sink, and, amazingly, machined in place, the correct opening for the larger sink which they then installed from underneath. This turned out to be kind of a big job that took a while, so we very much appreciated getting that work completed. Also, I was resigned to an imperfect counter top where the initial faucet location was drilled. (The faucet location had to be re-drilled to fit the dimensions of the larger sink.) I thought there was no way to create a plug that would match the flow of the granite, much less install it so it would not show. Ha - you cannot tell there was ever a hole in the granite – genius!! Special thanks to Tamra, our designer. Having zero experience with remodeling, interior design, or materials selection, I relied heavily on her guidance and suggestions. She led us through the process, found the stone artist to create the mural we wanted, was available when I had questions, and was quite knowledgeable and easy to work with. She is very good at her job and I really appreciated her efforts on our behalf. It was a wonderful experience!!!
