Went to this shop for the first time the other day to have my peep twist fixed while I was waiting I figured I would purchase another half a dozen arrows. I just moved back from Medford after 10 years of using Dewclaw Archery for all of my needs, but since I no longer live there I thought I would drive from lapine into Bend and check out cascade for all of my Archery needs. Turnaround time on the arrows was just one day and I pick them up after leaving work. After driving an hour from the archery shop to my home I realize that all six arrows or 4 inches longer than the one I gave them to measure in five arrows had the correct Knox installed in one had a random length one put into it. Needless to say I’m very disappointed over $50 spent on arrows that they did not even bother to measure or cut eight days prior to hunting season. After voicing my concerns to a few of my friends in the local area who are Archery hunters there immediate reply was “oh dont go there go to top pin”. Hopefully dropping my arrows back off tomorrow and having them re-cut will make things right we are human and mistakes happen but after reading a lot of the reviews and hearing from locals I’m starting to see what they’re talking about

Done with this outfit as of today...used to be my favorite archery shop. Had a bad experience with a string order 2 years ago with them, and now this year they messed up an install and service and a tune-up. have wasted 2 trips in and still had to wait to pick the bow up...they have the sights set so bad its pegged out of adjustment, center shot not established and string 100% not waxed as part of the 29.99 service I paid for...went in today for refund of tune-up charge that clearly wasn't done...told I had to come back Friday for a refund. Nope done!! 3 wasted 3 trips back and forth keep the $30...that is the last dime you'll see from me... Guaranteed! Sorry Ed, you are the only person in there worth the time...
