Great buying experience - I went into the store to look at a specific bike that I knew that I wanted.The crew apologized for being understaffed but within 5 minutes someone had helped me and they were already prepping it for me to test ride. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and kind. They were able to thoroughly answer all of my questions but didn’t try to force any information on me or upsell in any way. I ended up buying the bike and the whole thing took about 20 minutes, highly recommended purchasing here.

This shop has amazing service! Each employee is very knowledgeable and intent on providing an outstanding customer experience. Tom, the service manager, went way out of his way to solve a critical problem with my road bike. Highly recommend using this shop for all bike related purchases and services.

Great, knowledgeable, helpful staff (Mo was awesome!). Listened to what I needed, made a great suggestion, had my size of bike, set me up for a test ride, and had all the accessories I needed for my new ride! This is an excellent bike shop! I came in to test ride a mountain bike, and I had a number of questions that I wanted answered since this was my first bike. Even though I ended up not buying the bike they were extremely friendly and helpful. All the employees I interacted with were very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to figure out exactly what I needed in a bike. I highly recommend this shop for all biking needs!
