No vacancies. An its based on your income. There is a waiting list.

Any open need place around August 10th and what's the monthly cost if there's any available

I'm not sure if they have any available but the rent is based on what your income is. Just give them a call and they will tell you if they any available. I think My mother in law pays about $98 a month and she's on SSI.
