I wish I could give a zero. My mom was here for 4 months. During this time she had cellulitis 3x and we demanded medical attention for each situation ( she is a diabetic) My mom would say she needed to go to the bathroom and the response would be your going to have to wait an hour. Her final week one side of her face swelled up we reported and requested medical treatment for 4 days straight . On the 5th day I hired an aid, took her to an oral surgeon who stated she a fractured tooth that was infected. Two days later her teeth were chattering, her voice was horse and congested. The facility refused to do a COVID exam. My mom starting wheezing and coughing up chunks.over two hours of arguing and the oral surgeon demanding she go to the hospital denied and we were told to leave. I got home and called the owner Ms. Doyle who was rude and obnoxious but stated she would send her head nurse up to check out my mom. She swore my mom was just recovering from oral surgery. The head nurse Ms Thorley checked out my mom who tested positive for COVID and had to be hospitalized for a week a half. It took a total of 5 hours for mom to get tested for COVID.

Don't LEAVE your loved on here!!! My mother was a victim of neglect and abuse at the hands of this facility. When our family went looking for answers no one would give us any information as to what happened and where the ball was dropped.

My mom there for many years ..Rec lady very very helpful..sometimes process to go see her unorganized but my mom happy..healthy..and content .. that's all that matters.
