Has anyone been pleased with the staff at this place? I found almost all aides and nurses to be distant, aloof and really nasty to patient with their actions bordering on abuse

I was pleased with staff while my Mom was there. A year ago. One particular aid was mouthy and to rough. Mom was always clean and cared for. No bed sores and nurses,therapists were in and out. Social worker was cooperative in what was best for Mom.

My father was there for 5 weeks on the 1st floor and staff seemed good and helpful. He had no complaints
