This is my first time working with Astro Jump DC and my experience was EXCELLENT from the beginning of the process to the end. Amanda reached out to me immediately to help plan my event and worked with our organization to get paperwork that was needed for us to proceed. Making down payment and final payment was very easy to do online. The driver delivered our items on time and set up everything appropriately before leaving. He was very nice, friendly and professional. All items were clean and in good condition, working well. The kids in our community LOVED the inflatables and all of the games. Will definitely use them again next year! Thank you for the great experience.

I used Astro Jump for two different client events and they were professional, thorough, and came exactly when they said they would for dropoff and pick up! They were clear on expectations with power needs and even rented generators for a park where we didn't have access to power. They let us know how much gas would be needed and that we may need to refill - truly left no stone unturned. Their contract process was easy, and the inflatables themselves - both bounce houses and sports games, were a hit with the kids! Highly reccommend this local company.
