An enormous, amount of gratitude, for Phil, in the passport office! His kindness and knowledge, was above and beyond any experience, I have ever had, at a post office, let alone, during the process of obtaining a passport! My original appointment was at 3:30pm EST. I am now leaving the post office and it is almost 5:00 pm EST. Between having to re-write the application and having to leave in order to go get a new copy, of my sons birth certificate, I was certain, sending off for my sons passport, would require, yet, another day, of leaving work early, in order to make it back to the post office. That was not the case! Phil was patient and extremely helpful, during the process. He easily could have turned us away and went on with his day. Phil’s willingness to assist will never be forgotten. Thank you Phil, for going the extra mile!!!
