Three stars for slow service. I went there for Amazon packages return. The line was long, but employees took too long to complete their jobs. Look like they need to train them better.

This location charges more. I went to mail a similar package to same address in Gambrills store and it is $4.25 less. It costs me half of price in USPS.

I had the worst time trying to get my packages in Costa Rica but it was no fault of this location. Special shout out to Ryan who went above and beyond to try to help. He gave me his cell number and worked outside of office hours trying to call and email the terrible company in Costa Rica. Awesome customer service, Ryan went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for all your efforts !!!!
