I paid to have an envelope mailed and the woman just threw my envelope over to her side and I left this place knowing 100% that my mail would not even get sent out and sure enough, my mail was never received. I'm sure it's still in this building somewhere. Bunch of useless government workers that know they don't need to do their job and they'll still get paid. Must be nice.

I got my appointment for passport and me and my wife take off from job when I went there ,they said the lady who take applications is not here it was disappointing and unprofessional.

My summary reminds me of "you had one job". I mean, deliver mail reliably daily. They either throw packages in your driveway or simply don't have them and just give you the slip to go fetch it yourself. That's always fun, as they are oh so pleasant to deal with in the office as well. Just not good, little care to do the work they are paid to do.

why is the mail service in the Old Mill area so poor...we go days with no mail then get the wrong mail...some body needs to take a look at this

I have no idea I do not work for the Post Office I work for UPS what I do know is since the post office in that area burn down all the mail is going to Severna Park post office that may be part of the problem hope that helps

I believe there camera is down, but Cvs takes passport photos. Its literally 1 block up from the post office

We would like to request a carrier to come into our business, instead of delivering mail to the mail box. We usually have outgoing mail. Is this possible?

Mail trucks cutting through my neighborhood regularly exceed the 25mph posted limit. I'd love for the police to ticket these guys, but guessing the postal inspector should receive a report. Who would be a good contact for this issue?

I made an appointment to get a passport and when I arrived they said that they went doing passports that day even though I had received a text conformation. How do I actually confirm that my appointment is scheduled?

Disregard the appointment you made and choose another location. You will receive cancellation email few hours before the appointment anyways. They don't have any qualify passport agent in severna park location. It's sad and I don't know they let you schedule the appointment in the first place
