I booked 8 o’clock appointment. It took 35 minutes for me to get checked in and then they told me that they would do the multi point inspection first thing so I would know if it was anything else they did not they did not let me to tell me that anything else needed to doing until after 11 o’clock, also when I went to pick up my vehicle another 35 to 40 minutes check out time because people don’t know how to do their job and they thought it was way too complex. I had a simple coupon it’s ridiculous. I’m not impressed at all with this dealership service . You should get in touch with Volkswagen of Sheeny in Springfield. Their service is impeccable.
