Great service everytime. This time, while my Lexus was being serviced, i had an emergency call from my son’s school and had to leave promptly to pick my son up. My service advisor Joseph took less than 5min to get me a very nice loner and i was gone swiftly to do my daddy duty. I have had many cars and have been to many places for service. Lexus of Rockville has the best service anywhere.

As has been my experience, Ourisman Lexus of Rockville’s customer service was outstanding when I brought my cars in this week for periodic checks and maintenance. Brad and Joe greeted me with smiles, went over what was going to be done, and provided an estimated time frame for completion. While I was waiting they gave me updates on the work, and returned at the estimated completion time with details of all that was done, asking me if I had any questions. I did have some questions, my interest in installing a towing hitch and future service schedules, which they graciously took time to answer thoroughly and helpfully. They are real pros, and I couldn’t be more confident that Ourisman will continue to provide excellent support through them and others on the team. Thank you!
