EDIT (See below) I don't why this quest has such bad reviews. I got my blood drawn today from Maria for some testing, she was very nice and helped me through my anxieties of getting blood drawn. I had a pleasant experience and it went quick and smooth. EDIT: Okay, I had a good experience at the lab, but I have a time sensitive medication I need this blood test for, not only have they delayed on sending the results but I can't even get ahold of them, so I've knocked some stars down and may go to LabCorp next time.

Had a COVID test done for travel. They told me that the results will be ready in two days. Two days went by and I never received them. I had to made another test done the day of my traveling day $$$. I do not recommend to anyone this location for COVID testing for traveling. They don’t even answer the phone. 👎🏽

I will never go back to the Shady Grove location again. Nasty staff, not friendly and not helpful at all. I went several times there for blood work and the lady with the tatoo on the neck was very unpleasant and grumpy. Today I went for a Covid-19 test. This time was another lady. She was extremely unprofessional, everything I asked she answered “I don’t know" She handed me the kit for the test and did not even look at me, I knew what to do because I had the test done several times for traveling. No wonder why Quest Lab had only me while LABCORP had at least 10 people waiting for service.
