The most incompetent delivery service! I would give 0 stars if I can. Package was misdelivered on 7/16. I called not even an hour after to request a trace. No POD was present. 7/19 and they still have not done anything. All I hear is "give us time". Do you think my package will sit 4 days at someone's door for your driver to retrieve??? They have not been able to obtain POD and they have not made effort to retrieve the misdelivered package. Already walked the entire complex multiple times myself looking for my item (BABY STROLLER MIND YOU). For all I know the driver really liked my stroller and took home with him. Disrespectful, inefficient, incompetent and overall careless.
