I’ve had great experiences with the manager Charles Mayebrry. He is very professional and he’s always willing to help my needs. He has helped me lift my heavy items, and just been and all around amazing worker. I’ve used Cubesmart since October 2012 and have seen different managers over time and he has taken the cake. Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees. You can also call our secure, automated payment line.
Many of our stores offer attractive discounts and promotions on renting a storage unit, including percentages off and first month free. We also offer additional discounts via our referral program. You can view our current promotions by visiting our website.
If you'd like to rent with us, you only need to bring your ID, a method of payment, and, if you wish to use your own insurance instead of purchasing it through us, proof of insurance.
