Thought we had a foundation problem so we had someone come and check it out. When Tom got here he knew our problem was not a situation that needed the services of his company. Although our problem was unrelated to the foundation, Tom diligently worked for an hour to help us determine what our problem was. His exceptional work ethic and communication left my brothers and I confident of the next steps we needed take towards a solution. Tom left such a great impression that I would feel confident with choosing Aquaguard should I need waterproofing in the future.

They did a great job on our basement but we have been requesting a detailed bill of the expenses for our insurance company for months now and no one at aqua guard seems to be able to get us one. This is very frustrating because our insurance company is constantly contacting us for one and aqua guard keeps stating that they will get us one and now it’s been three months since the job was completed, they have been paid in full, and we still don’t have a detailed bill from them to show to our home insurance company for reimbursement.

Beware!!! This company provides subpar work requiring fixes in which they will ghost you. $10,000 wasted. DO NOT even consider them as an option for foundational work.
