Today was the first negative experience here. As I was waiting, two women came out and called Michelle. The second time I verified the name because the name is a little similar to mine and there was no one responding to the name Michelle. The blonde woman in her 40s or older replied "I said Michelle." In an unfriendly tone. An older man told her he was having trouble checking in. She replied You need my help? In an unfriendly tone. Of course he wants your help! She started to help him by saying impatiently and rudely "I don't know why you did that" and then said it was fine (because he had registered successfully without realizing it.) This was early in the morning, I can't even imagine how rude and nasty she would be late in the day. This woman should be fired for terrible customer service. A slender, white woman middle-aged.

This Labcorp has been moved slightly from the photo location shown, to directly INSIDE THE WALGREENS STORE/PHARMACY ITSELF, at the back of the store. (There's simply a locked door LAB ENTRANCE, with a Photo-Register Electronic ID Card/Sign-In Tray, that you first lay the front, then back side of your Photo ID, & then your Medical insurance or other medical card into, following the Touch Screen prompts/instructions/ directions, to the right of the Pharmacy counter/waiting area, (There are no X Rays, MRIs, CAT/CT Scans, Pet Scans, Sonagrams, Tomography, or even Ultrasound, etc.,as far as I know..) Its just a small office with only three small testing berths -- they only take blood to send out for lab work and take secure Urinalysis samples). The next nearest place, which is a SUPER-CONVENIENT LOCATION, is up at THE Medical Office Bldg. of JEFFERSON TORRESDALE HOSPITAL, @ 3998 RED LION Rd. ($2.00 Sug. Donation Free Valet Parking, Take L - fr. Fkd. Av onto Knights Rd., Then L- 1st Light)
