I don't know WHY folks continue to use FedEx. The inconsistencies in their tracking information is outrageous!!! Automated tracking says one thing, online says another, God forbid you call, customer service reps say anything to get you off the phone. On top of that I am ON the phone w/FedEx as they tell me the holiday impacted my delivery. As UPS pulls up with another delivery for me. FedEx, do better!! This is unacceptable how are you out for delivery but also never attempted delivery?! Make it make sense. LIARS!

My comment is the same as the rest of the complaints. Driver said they tried to deliver but never came and now my package is being held hostage for 3days. I hope to end doing business with this location for good.

They stole my air Jordan so basically Awful company and workers. I hope somebody takes something from each and every person there.

The driver stole my package. FedEx declined my claim, unprofessional and refused to refund me.
