They didn't deliver my paycheck, but on their tracking site, it showed "delivered". I called the supporter line, they didn't provide any information at all. horrible!!!

Very much hoping nuts.com will not use this last mile delivery service again. They barely made any effort to deliver my package one time. There is a package room-- they came to the front door of my building, called me once and gave up. They did not even attempt to leave the package in the clearly labeled package room. They gave a short window to call back before my order would be returned: the person who called did not leave a name or phone number. When I called the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. I asked that the person delivering leave in the package room. The package was finally delivered... not to the package room!

To make a long story even longer, I purchased 1 pair of prescription sunglasses, 1 pair of prescription eyeglasses from GlassesUSA. Do not purchase glasses from them, Now with that said. I purchased both on 4/9, Which was a Saturday. I received a notification that both pairs were in production, The sunglasses were shipped on 4/13, The eyeglasses were still in production, Which was understandable. The sunglasses were being delivered by CDL Last mile solutions, They have hundreds of google 1 Star reviews, If you have a package delivered by that courier? You will completely understand eventually, Needless to say I had the opportunity to contact GlassesUSA customer service and CDL last mile solutions support, They both were equally clueless. Did I happen to mention I selected expedited shipping? CDL sent me an email this morning stating that the eyeglasses will be reproduced, After hundreds of back of forth. I also found out who the third party shipper was. Falcon Express Transportation, My wife called them and spoke with a true professional, That went above beyond to find out that the package was in her warehouse. She even let us pick up the package, That is what you call Customer Service. She is the greatest, I expect to her go far in her career. Thank you Erin!!

Absolutely horrible. I had to call them again and again just to locate my package. The operators are not at all helpful and very unprofessional. I made at least five calls each day and every time they just tell me they have trouble reaching the drivers and will give me a call back, and never call back. How hard is it to reach your own driver?! Update: Despite the clear instruction I left to JUST LEAVE THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE, their driver decided they couldn’t deliver the package and returned it to the sender. Genius.
