Love the wings at this chain but, of the 5 times that I have come to this location, the order has been wrong 5 times. The employees here are either incompetent or they just don't care. Probably the ladder.

I walked in at 910 just me. I asked them what time they close and they said 10. I’m like ok cool can i get a table and be proceeds to tell me know because they start closing up at 930. I was one person. Not a whole party. I was very disappointed. I never try and come to a restaurant last minute that’s why i asked before i got a table. But with it being 50 minutes before they closed i didn’t think it was an issue. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and we stop serving people as soon as it hit closing time.

I have never had a problem with Buffalo Wild Wings until now .When I ordered my food I said Buffalo Wings ( Buffalo sauce ) instead when I opened up the box the wings had some kind of spicy seasoning on them and the meat did not look like they were fried well . I believe one of them even had a piece of hair on it! I will NOT be going back! The fries were okay just too much salt.

Despite a nearly empty dining area and bar it took forever to get my wings! The server was a great communicator, and she did her best but he kitchen staff let her down.
