Internet never worked even after spending a bunch of time on the phone with their help desk. They confirmed it was a hotel equipment issue but never fixed it during my stay. Also had exposed electrical wires hanging down from the desk light, which didn’t work. Didn’t have soap in my room and a few other minor annoyances. Just overall well below what you expect from this brand. I’d avoid it if possible. I sent a complaint in and a month later that gave me 5,000 points. So I’ve got 1/5 of one night towards a future stay going for me, which is nice.

Cons: The Internet doesn't work in some of the rooms, often the front desk is missing a person at check-in, and the shower pressure is pretty weak. Pros: Clean, friendly staff, covered parking, comfortable beds, walking distance to the university and restaurants.

Always a great stay as I stay here often. I dropped 1.5 stars as during COVID they used to supply coffee at no charge And small breakfast when the Bistro was closed . Now $5 coffee only available and charge if for breakfast. At those prices no free breakfast or coffee for customers is not ok when it used to to.

When we arrived one of our rooms had a horrible musty smell. The lady at the front desk came up and sprayed deodorizer and sent the maintenance man to check the ac. Room smelled entire weekend. Same room. Dirty and unwrapped coffee cups and no shampoo. Other room. Broken thermostat all weekend. Blank screen no way to control temp. We were told maintenance would fix it. Never happened. Hair in shower. Old coffee grounds in coffee maker. No coffee in room. No housekeeping all weekend. Went down to get coffee Saturday morning at 6:30. Cafe closed. By the way Strange Brew is not far. Great coffee and service. Next morning went to mass came back for breakfast. Cafe closed at 10:00.
