There's a QT on Roswell Road in the shopping mall next to office park where Sandy Springs PD is located that gets traffic from other jurisdictions other counties. Brookhaven is in what county?

I don't know it took me a few times to get someone on the phone.

Can a police give you a ticket for driving without a license or arrest you if you were park outside of your apartments? The car is turn off and there is not signs of probable cause for driving. The person is park correctly

They can't give you a ticket for driving without license or take you to jail but they can give you a ticket for not having an ID on you.

Is it true that when Brookhaven PD harasses the citizenry and issues citations with poor judgement, that you can bound your case over to the State Court of Georgia, and not one single penny of the fine will go to the city of Brookhaven?

We have illegel aliens selling drugs in our apartment hallway. What is it going to take to stop it? Do we need to inform the ATF? The GBI? ICE? What's it gonna take my tax paying brothers? Where is Brookhaven police ?

Well I would say that it would take the Brookhaven PD's NET team, but they disbanded their NET team since they're losing so many of their officers. This year the department is enforcing their patrol officers to increase their "self initiative" productivity by 25%, so one would think that they would handle this matter, but I'm not sure if this is the type of self initiative productivity that they're enforcing. Maybe bring this issue up to city council, and while you're there, ask why so many officers are leaving the Brookhaven PD to work for less pay at other police departments. To call it strange would be an understatement.

It's a very pathetic one. In fact, worst in the state of Georgia. Trust me, I've researched it.

Why are cars allowed to pass a school bus stop sign at colonial drive and else where in brookhaven daily. See this between 4 and 415pm at colonial drive and peachtree.
