Snell could not have been nicer to work with, she made the experience so easy. They were very professional with their installation. I would definitely use them again.

update on 10/12/2022: The response provided by business below is inaccurate, and another example of dishonest and unethical conduct. The facts are, we were not provided our deposit back even when they were not able to provide the service, and we had to dispute charges thru our credit card company to get our money back. So my advice still remains the same, don’t work with them. If you do, at least ensure you modify the contract to include a clause to get your deposit back if they are unable to provide the service in an acceptable timeframe. Their current contract has no such protection for customers, they have unlimited time to provide the service. Use Credit card for added protection if the company refuses to pay you back what they owe you. We had a horrible experience working with Granite works and will not recommend this company to anyone. We selected a quartz countertop with their sales rep (Evan and Snell), we paid the 70% deposit and were told that the countertop will be installed within 1 week after the measurement. They could not deliver the countertop even 3 weeks after the measurement as their supplier didn't have it in stock, and they could not even give us a timeframe for when it will be in stock. So we asked to give our deposit back. At this point, they said they will deduct 30% from the deposit as a contract cancellation fee! and refused to give our full deposit back or give a timeframe of when they will be able to install the countertop. We were so shocked by this response and were totally in disbelief that the company could do this and act with such dishonesty. This is a brick-and-mortar store with several years of business, maybe they are under new ownership, otherwise, I am not sure how they could survive with such bad business practices. Fortunately, we paid using a credit card. Our credit card company was able to dispute the charges on our behalf. But we had to go thru a lot of stress and paperwork just because we had $5,500 at risk (70% deposit) and our kitchen remodeling project was stuck incurring us additional contractor expenses. Please be careful working with this company. If you do decide to work, please ensure you modify the contract with a clause that gets your deposit back if the company is unable to provide the service within the acceptable timeframe. Their current contract has no such protection for customers. And from our experience, we can tell that Granite Works will not act ethically in difficult situations. Also, always use a credit card for payments as it provides additional safety and protection for the customers in such situations.

Granite Works installed a quartz countertop on my newly installed wetbar. Every step from consultation and sales to fabrication and installation was professional. The wet bar looks absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this company. Went elsewhere first but nothing beats Granite Workd for professionalism and their products.

I've had Granite works install counters for me previously without incident. Most recently, they installed a small countertop in our second kitchen and it was substantially crooked. My best guess is that the template put in his measurements backwards, but one area the front of our cabinets have a 3" overhang and another has a .5" overhang. It clearly looks awful. The day it was installed, the crew admitted that fact. We called the office and asked them to cut a new stone four different times. Each time they said they would get back to us and never did. We were patient each time, calling about a week apart. After calling back multiple times over the course of a month, we finally got someone who had seen the counters on the phone. He admitted that the counters were templated and fabricated incorrectly and said, "Hey man, I get it, they are crooked, but some people have pride and don't want to admit that they're wrong." After stating on the phone that they wouldn't pay the balance, they charged our card anyway and then played the same game of saying they would make it right, never following through, and generally blowing us off. All around an unbelievable frustrating experience for what could have been a very easy fix for them.
