Needed a new mail box because of a lost key. Supervisor gives me a typed photocopy statement of how to do that with a scribbled statement on top asking for a lease or title. I asked for an official document. She doesn't have one! I got a locksmith!

Hi, I just ended mine today. You go in and wait in line. Once at counter you tell them you want to end or cancel your PO Box, male sure you have your 2 keys or I believe they will charge you for them. They will then give you a receipt stating you closed it. If you are due a refund, one will be mailed to you.

I have received a letter from Ohio with my Columbia address stating I had applied for Ohio Pandemic relief. This is fraud and I gave the letter to the Postmaster at Oak Hall Lane Columbia MD. Is there any other options. This is 2nd time. S. Jennifer

Yes. There are 3 Drive up boxes. 2 reg and 1 larger with about a 3 inch height slot. They do have a 24hr drop box for mail and packages in the lobby, but I tend to find it filled up fast after closing each day
