I've been in purchasing for 22 years with a large veterinary hospital in Northern Virginia. WB Mason is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. Their selection of products is weak, and in many cases overpriced. The deliveries are regularly missing items. When you call for help, expect to get different answers about where your products are.

The customer service at W.B. Mason is awful. I'm a very patient and understanding person and have never given a 1-star rating on anything before. I basically ordered moving boxes that never arrived. I spoke to customer service many times and each experience was essentially a runaround. I had to get my credit card company involved in order to finally get a refund.

I tried to order a webcam that wasn't available anywhere else. Days after I submitted the order, they told me it was backordered (which it didn't say at the time of ordering). I tried to cancel because I needed it quickly and never received a response from customer service. Weeks later, they told me it was on its way. I tried to cancel again and again never received a response. The tracking number they gave me didn't work, and today the webcam arrived - except it's an entirely different model than the one I ordered. Terrible experience all around.
