Purchased a Visconti Opera limited edition fountain pen. Loved it so much bought another one for my other office. 2nd one defective. Return was weeks after purchase and Pen Boutique was super responsive and professional. Not only did they locate a replacement pen, I received it faster than expected. Replacement is as wonderful as the original I fell in love with. Big fan of the selection and service of Pen Boutique.

Limited in store shopping hours, including appointments only shopping most days. Limiting the amount of people in the store when they are open for the public to freely visit. Temperature check and hand sanitizer at check in. Pen Boutique is doing everything right to keep customers and employees safe!

I would give them a call they are very helpful! If they don't have it they will tell you where to go. I took my dad's old pelican to them and they could not fix it but told me where to go.
