Both issues should be fixable. You may have a bad Digitizer for touch and the Analog Stick may be malfunctioning. We suggest bringing it in for a free diagnostic. we charge 20 dollars to do a factory reset on Apple Devices. If it is icloud after the reset, there is nothing we can do to remove that.

Turn it off, and hold down the power button until you hear the second beep. Once there hit the PS Logo on your controller and you should have options. Select re-build Data and see if that fixes the issue. If not, your Hard Drive maybe bad and needs to be replaced. I suggest bringing it in if re-building the DB doesn't work.

It could be the Motherboard, Power Supply or the Re-timer IC. In rare cases if the Re-Timer IC has blown the console won’t power on at all. I have not been able to fix Power Issues were it does not relate to that or just changing out the Power Supply. Xbox One X doesn’t have a power rail layout like the Base Model or Xbox One S. On those models, usually the Mosfets go up and they just need replacing to get it up and working again. Xbox One X is a totally different beast.

Hello, unfortunately we do not. We use to do Re-flows for PS3's but stopped that service because the success rate is not that high. You might want to try Juvix the Tech Guy. They do Re-balls...but I will warn you Re-balls will last longer then Re-Flows but its not a permanent fix. It will eventually happen again.

on the DSi it has a split motherboard design. The Battery and Power functions are on a separate motherboard that is connected to the main motherboard via a ribbon cable. That board could be bad. When it comes to HDD/External HDD. If there an issue with the head reader or any clicking or any other irregular sounds, the HDD is pretty much done and cannot be repaired. Data recover also would be impossible. The way the PS4 creates its partitions on the HDD are not readable by a PC. only the PS4 can read them. Even if we could the data off it, there would nothing we could do with it. My suggest is just buy another external HDD. If you have a warranty on it, I would send it in to the manufacture and get them to send you a new one.

Is this Hard Drive brand new? Did you format the HDD to fat 32 first before putting it in the PS3( we always to do that before putting it in) also you are trying to reinstall the system software from a Thumb drive I'm assuming... did you make sure that Thumb Drive is formatted to fat 32 as well?

Water Damage can be tricky to repair depending on how bad it is. You have a 50/50 chance when it comes to that. If the console was submerged in water or liquid spilled in it.. your best bet is to just buy another console. Water can corrode components on the board that all may need replacing and is not worth the time and effort.

When it comes to the popping sound, it usually means its either an issue with the Top LCD or the Speaker flex cables are getting pinched and causing a short so that the console can't power on properly.
