Yes we can.. we actually can do HDD replacements on the spot as long as nothing else is wrong with the PS4. The Service fee 35 and parts are a separate cost plus tax. We offer three HDD options. 500GB 64.99 + Tax, 1TB HDD 79.99 + Tax and 2TB HDD for 110.99 + Tax. Turn around time is about an hour.

If I am not mistaken they do both. And they clean it. So when you get it back it looks new.
