If the console got dusty inside again then it can mess with the touch sensor. PS4 is a dust magnet. You have to maintain it by cleaning the outside and using canned air along the vents and power and eject button. If there is alot of static electricity in the area you play in, it can mess with the sensor too. This is a design flaw that has been documented and Sony has been taking to court for. Also the serial # is on the bottom of the consoles case. We don't remove those. Do you mean warranty sticker? Warranty sticker needs to be removed to get to the screws behind it. Once the sticker is removed the sticker says voided on it and cannot be reused. Also we don't know Gamestops policy's on trade in's.. you will have to take that up with corporate. We did not "F you over" sir. We did are job. We take every repair we do seriously. I'm sorry your having issues but it was working perfectly fine for you since you got it back in Aug of last year and now your having a problem just recently.
