You will be over a hour holding to get some one ,on the phone,Then you get a representive from Affinity with a attuide.That won't really resolve the issue.You ask for a manager or superivisor.They will tell you they DONT have a number ,only way you can reach them they say is threw a email. But they really will take your money ,really quick and add penalties really quick .And i have been calling to resolve the issue .Month pass by still waiting to resolve.I want to refiance to another real bank.

For us its not been a good representation of good fair service. My husband waited to get in and after he waited they said they couldn't give out documents without a spouse present. We made a series of very important business appointments this week that they cancel routinely AND at last minute and still occurring. This is a terrible unfair poor business practice & customer service skills. I not happy about the way we are treated at all!!!! I want to speak to a Supervisor iimmediatly

My car loan has been increased $2100 since I changed my insurance company. They gave me a number to call to update my insurance info, and I did. Always have full coverage and never been without one. 2 weeks later the charge is still there plus $25 late charge from what I didn’t cause. Call them back and they keep giving me numbers to call and that number is not valid. It’s a total scam and I would not be doing any further business with Affinity
