Very confusing office but the doctors, nurses and medical personnel were all excellent. Very comfortable despite an uncomfortable procedure and a great example for how to put patients at ease for more difficult procedures. 0/5 for the office 5/5 for the back of house Yale health system please take note of how all of your offices are reviewed like this for the most part. Great doctors hamstrung by your terrible administration.

Booked an appointment almost a month in advance and was told it was covered. Had to take off work for the appointment only to get a call with less than 24 hour notice that there actually is a cost, the doctor I had my evaluation with no longer works there, and have to speak with someone who should not be allowed to talk to patients.

The front office is terrible. They are rude and don’t return calls as their recorded message indicates a call back in 24 hours. People have medical issues that need to be addressed and they do not. So not like Yale other services. They desperately need to correct this.

The doctor and nurses were very friendly and nice. The issue was that not enough care was given during or after the extraction procedure. I therefore developed an infection in my teeth and was in extreme pain for 10 days. I learnt later that most oral surgeons provide stitches and antibiotics for extractions, and also organize a follow up appointment to check on the extraction sites - none of this was provided to me. I asked a lot of questions before, during, and after the procedure, but still was not given adequate information about care - I was not even told about the dry socket condition or methods to prevent it. I was not able to get in touch with them for 2 days when I developed my extreme pain, because no emergency number was provided for care on the weekends. I had to go to my own healthcare facility where they provided me with antibiotics. My healing was delayed, and I had to stick to a liquid diet for over 2 weeks. Overall, an extremely traumatic experience that could have easily been avoided with proper care.

I did called the clinic, and left them a message before coming here to ask that question! I know this is public! Thanks anyways! Have a nice day!
Yes they do..for extractions, root canals and other surgical dentistry, but not cosmetic. Although implants, caps and other cosmetic is very cheap because the residents do the work. They do a good job too. My implant cost only $1200!!!
