Both issues should be fixable. You may have a bad Digitizer for touch and the Analog Stick may be malfunctioning. We suggest bringing it in for a free diagnostic. If you decide to put it in for repair, we charge a 30 dollar service fee up front. This covers all labor. Parts are a separate cot plus tax. atm the turn around time for repairs is 2 and half months we have a lot of Consoles and devices in the repair queue.
