Reminded me of Korea. Staff was attentive and welcomed my 90 yr old grandma. They refilled the bonchon often and don't rush us. Would recommend the spicy Sam kept sal (so).

I love some good Korean bbq, and they do it well here. There are basically 2 options, order a preset amount of food or go all you can eat for your party. If you have a larger appetite or just want to get one style of meat, i recommend all you can eat, otherwise go for the preset. There other dishes are spot on as well. The jiggae (soup) tastes great and the kimchee pajang (Korean pancake) was delicious, and a sizeable portion enough to be a meal for 1. The flavored yogurt soju is enough for 2 people to get drunk, do not try it on your own Also, put the pajang on the grill after some meat, makes it nice and crispy

I've always loved Kogiya, it's so minimal and modern. Just a really cool vibe for dinner. The food is great too! It's all you can eat menu has plenty of great options to select from and they are quick to keep the side dishes replenished. Their parking situation is the only downside and you'll often find guests camped in the lot waiting for a spot to open. My #1 recommendation is to carpool with your entire group so you only need to find one spot to park in.

Mostly you can do it yourself and one of the waiters/waitresses will periodically stop by to refill things/cut up meat for you and cook for you if you are inexperienced.
Sometimes. They do have stand alone tables that can seat 4. Depending on spacing, you could be seated at a long table with another party. I'm sure you can ask the host to be seated alone.
The restaurant is fairly small. I would call ahead as soon as possible
They sell pork belly, brisket, chicken, intestine. Not sure if their TOP quality, but its worth it.
Like others have said, you cant... but! You could try asking to sit on a different table and do a la carte by yourself, but I think that defeats the purpose of hanging with friends lol
No salad bar, the all you can eat options are around $28
You have to ask if you want tea before your meal. But afterwards they give you tea and fruit.
Depends on which option you get. I went and had the cheaper option and in total it ended up being around $30. An important thing to note is the whole table has to get the all you eat option
