My first time at this sneaker shop. Worst experience ever. We weren't greeted when we came into the shop, The people behind the counter were not professional, helpful, nor did they give any customer service. The customers before me weren't even helped. Asking for help and telling our shoe size across the room left me with a sense of disbelief. It was fathers day weekend. As a avid sneaker head in Northern California I will never spend any money here. A 1 star rating is to high to give.

Great place to find the shoes that you're looking for. One of the staff was super kind and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about what shoes to get for what type of runner you are as well as the what support is needed for your feet. Thanks again!

I go to a good amount of shoe releases here. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Their branded merch is usually poppin as is the general atmosphere of the store. Finding parking can be tricky and the store might be a little busy or noisy bur overall this is my favorite sneaker shop. 👍

One of the few good sneaker and streetwear stores in the bay area. There's always a chance to win an in store raffle for all the must have shoes, and they stock a good selection of less hyped shoes. Attentive staff as well.
