Not sure, but probably up to 8 or 10.
Our was able to accommodate 8 people, maybe 10. With 2 grills

We had 10 adults in the seperate party room and it was a tight squeeze... It was not comfortable. If you had children, maybe you could get 12 or more and not be too bad. The issue is the service people have to constantly get around you to put more meat, more sides etc. In the main dining area, they could prob sit you between a few grills and accommodate more. I would call either way to verify availability
