I make a pick-up order for 2 of Yamaha monitors, when arrived they have in only one for me from my order but multiple in store, so I asked to give me one from the store and it was impossible for them. I had to do another trip days after for my 2nd unit. My complaint here is with their idiotic system, and local employees lack of capacity to do such swap.
