The worst service ever!!!! The Ops Manager is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this Credit Union to anyone. I left message for the branch manager to file a complaint and she never returned my call. Hope in the customer service department is the absolute worst. She pretty much told me I was lying. I went online to do a complaint and realized it goes to customer service. What's the purpose if doing a complaint especially if it goes to one of the departments your complaining about? I call d several times to customer service and requested a manager at a branch and was told they would have someone to call me back. Bad service all the way around.

We have been with them many years . Had to pay $5.00 to change or mailing address. We lost our home of 44 years in the flood and did not change our address fast enough or so we were told. It wasn't a big account, and we let it go domant. Sayonara La Capitol.
