This place would be better off just closed down and whenever mail arrives there they just throw it in the trash. At least they wouldn't waste money on salaries whatever they could be spending it on.

Several horrible lost mail experiences with this facility. Always the same story, “it’s in a container, just give it a few days” After several weeks you open a lost-mail case with the USPS and Lancaster immediately closes the case and marks it resolved. 100% failure rate with this facility, unbelievable.

Spent $1,400 on an item that never left this location. Guess who still doesn't have their item.

I am in the same exact boat and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/8/21 and there has been no movement since. I have opened 2 cases and even a missing mail request which have all been closed and marked as resolved but yet tracking still shows my parcel at the same location USPS Regional Facility LANCASTER PA DISTRIBUTION CENTER. I just called the number listed and have been put on the list to receive a call back in 1-2 hours. This package is an order I shipped out worth $100 of product including a memorial piece for someone's son who passed. She is in my inbox almost every day waiting for it to arrive and USPS is not helpful in any way as far as locating it. I am not even sure of what I need to do next at this point. Hopefully when they call me back, someone can actually help me.
Guys, I send a lot of parcels a day. For interesting reasons, all parcels arrive on time. It is this package, for unknown reasons, which travels for a month in many states. Maybe my parcel is no longer there. I want to know when it will be delivered. Also I want to know who I should contact with these questions. The phone does not answer.
I don't think so, but not 100% sure.
You must go online and make a complaint. A supervisor will look up who and where it was delivered. If it was delivered to your door, and was stolen, the Post Office is not responsible. Amazon can make it right.
