Went there for a dance. Nice place, but very old looking. Floor was smooth, but looks beat up. Just depends on what you are looking for. I understand the rental fees are extremely high. Also, there is no air conditioning so the summertime is very uncomfortable in there.

Absolutely
As a resident next door, not all of the parking lot (which is already small) is for the Iris Club. We do not like our parking stolen since we do pay for our own.
