Guys, I send a lot of parcels a day. For interesting reasons, all parcels arrive on time. It is this package, for unknown reasons, which travels for a month in many states. Maybe my parcel is no longer there. I want to know when it will be delivered. Also I want to know who I should contact with these questions. The phone does not answer.
The postal service is overwhelmed with deliveries due to covid-19 many employees are off due to quarantines and these two things alone slow the process of delivery please be patient while they try to provide the best service they can during these trying times.
