German cockroaches have infested EVERY SINGLE BUILDING. Sure part of your utility charge pays pest control, but there’s literally no chance of getting rid of those type of roaches unless they tent the whole building. That still may not even work the infestation is so bad. I also want to mention the presence of MOLD in almost every apartment. The apartment was DISGUSTING when I moved in. The management team is unresponsive. the rehab team is lazy and can not properly repair any issues. I had plumbing issues from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. I had to fix the sink in my master bedroom MYSELF after maintenance came by, looked at it and said “there’s no leak”. All of my stuff under my bathroom sink was ruined but sure there was “no leak” the breezeways are also NEVER cleaned and they smell HORRIBLE. Worst apartment complex EVER, I would not recommend this place even if they were the last standing building in the city. Stay away for your own good.

.... rent at your own risk!!! Quiet and peaceful, yes but don't expect any maintenance requests (for major issues especially) to be acknowledged/ fixed. New management, same problems.
