I'm upset from what this lady just told me. So, I just called to report a washer machine is full with water, not working. This happened a couple months back, I called them and they came out to resolve it. But, today I am being told I have to call the machine company to report the issue. That is not MY job to do. I rent here therefore I report to you the issues and YOU do your JOB!! Ridiculous!!

I have requested the apartment building to be cleaned and vacuumed for the last 3 months to no avail. The service at Hendersen Webb is failing dramatically since I have been here over 5 years. The building used to be kept cleaned and vacuumed on a weekly basis.

This leasing company is by far the WORST leasing company to rent from!! There were MULTIPLE occasions where things were constantly going wrong and they do not accommodate or work in your favor!! I had 2 Maitenance orders places for water leaks and water damage in den from furnace and it took them days to even get Maitenance dispatched after my belongings were already damaged! There was a instance where property damage was done and it wasn’t done by me beings I don’t even drive and I was held accountable for it. Make this company your last go to!! 0/10 would NOT recommend! Property managers are very rude and nasty, and the customer service is POOR!

It's open every 5th of the month during regular business hours other than that, the drop box is available 24/7 which they say they pick up daily at midnight but don't know how true is that.
Depends were your staying only essex and cockeysville have washer and dryers inside the the townhouse, most of cockeysville have washer and dryers inside the unit on the lower level.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th of each month.
Please contact our resident services department to have maintenance come out to check on your door.

Hi Marquise. Unfortunately you would have to pay the balance owed from Hartland apts before being able to rent another property. I'm not an employee, but I know people who work for them.

I agree with Strive City's comment. Management here is the absolute WORST. Avoid Henderson Webb altogether. I've seen non-service dogs here, so I'm sure your service dog will be fine if you risk renting from this property. Good luck.
