Just had the Range Rover serviced and George, the manager, was absolutely amazing! He is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever worked with, I so appreciated his honesty and responsiveness.

Thank you Pam for such a great easy car buying experience. Worked with her over the phone to pick up car I saw online from out of state. She made the process to switch cars so incredibly simple and quick. She had all paperwork done and kept communication open with us - Thank you Pam!!————- What a complete nightmare. Just an update*** it took us over four months to get our plates after multiple phone calls. We had to keep getting temporary plates from the dealership. Now I am getting harassed by my lien holder w threats of repossessing my car because they never put my lienholder on the car title. I have contacted the dealership multiple times via text message and phone calls with no help or response. clearly it’s not worth the extra aggravation at first would seem like great customer service has now ended w/ a complete headache. Once your car is purchased they don’t respond.

This was my first time stepping into the luxury vehicle market. When I arrived I had no intention on making a purchase but out comes David Haines my salesperson. He was friendly and made the process seamless for me. I never been to a dealership where things run so smooth without all of the back and forth and waiting on finance options. Everything happened so fast and David made the whole process for me less anxiety provoking. He took his time and helped me through the paperwork because I didn’t have my glasses with me. He always followed up via text explaining next steps. Mr. Keys the manager was super nice as well as the finance manager. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you 😊 BTW everyone loves my truck
