Terrible service experience. Booked an appointment to have an airbag recall taken cared of. I got a text two days prior to my appointment to confirm, i replied "Yes" to confirm my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment on the day of, after giving my last name i was told "Oh we've been trying to reach you, we don't have the parts to get this fixed today". I told them this was a straight lie, i hadn't gotten any phone call/ voicemail or text message informing me not to come because parts were not there to get it done. Needless to say after hours of my day gone i will never be returning to this dealer for sales or service.
