Good quiets and safe community, exspect to pay 1000$+ for a one bedroom , walls have about 10 layers of paint , termites are infested here , maintenance sucks, a lot of the pillars and windows are rotted ,Mrs.Thomasa in the office is a nice lady , only 1 dumpster for the whole area on-site laundry is a hassle , if rent was 300$ cheaper then it’s be worth it

Hi Tommy, thank you for asking about our pet policy. We have a $250 non-refundable pet fee. One pet per unit is allowed but the pet cannot exceed 40 pounds. We do have certain dog breeds that are not permitted in our complex. Please check the list if you intend to have a dog.
