Called asking about a driveway removal and replacement a few months ago. My information was taken and I didn’t hear back for a few days, so I called again. Was again told that the “estimator” would get with me on a price and they’d send someone out to take a look at the work I needed done. Both phone calls, answered by someone named Rosemarie were both unpleasant and unprofessional. The third and final time I called, now a month after the original call, when Rosemarie picked up yet again it sounded like I had caught the tail end of an argument (I could hear yelling in the background) and she was very short, somehow more unpleasant than our previous interactions and told me the same thing as before (our estimator will be with you, etc. etc.) but with a very sarcastic and annoyed attitude. She even said, and I quote; “Haven’t I already told you that someone will be with you?!” while practically shouting, then she promptly hung up on me. Fine by me if you don’t want my business. I ended up going with someone else and they did a terrific job. And no, the estimator still hasn’t returned my call.

One of their drivers yelled at me for having my Bluetooth volume up too loud as I was talking to my sick mother on the phone. The words spoke were very disturbing and he then turned his music up loud so I couldn’t hear. He then sped off and cut me off in another lane. This company should speak to their drivers about etiquette while driving a company vehicle.

Responsiveness is not their strong suit - dealt with them for 2 weeks before realizing I was a low priority If you are too busy to handle a job - that should be stated up front
